This site plans an internal audit of West Berkshire Council's procurement from its public data. It runs the skills and agents our team built in Claude Code (Part A) as an independent web application on the Claude API. The council's rulebook becomes testable rules. Python analyses every payment. Past audits are folded in, and risks are rated with citations. You approve the register, then an agent team writes and cross-checks the audit planning pack for your sign-off.
